General conditions of our rentals

The customer confim to be able to practice the rented property and to have no medical contraindications.

In case of material damage, the customer is required to pay the value of the damaged parts.

The customer is informed of being responsible for the rented products. In the event of theft or loss, he must pay the equivalent of the deposit.

He is personally responsible for any infraction of the roads law or beach laws.

He is always held responsible for personnal injury that he causes during the use of the rented property of which he acknowledges having legal custody under articles 1383 and 1384 of the civil code, wherever it may be.

Consequently, our responsability cannot be held liable under any circumstances. The same applies to personnal injury and material damage of which the customer could be a victim, whatever the circumstances.

The customer declares that he holds personal insurance, such as multi-risk home insurance, covering his civil liability for the risks mentioned above.

In case of a breakdown, breakage, loss of keys, or even a punctured tire, the customer is not required to provide an immediate and free repair service.
Our repair facility
You're having problems with your bike or have forgotten some accessories?

We fix bikes in our shop. For major repairs, we will bring your bike to our other location in Hourtin Ville. We also sell spare parts such as inner and outer tires, locks, repair kit and much more.
